The successful transition from an employee to entrepreneur requires arousing of an entrepreneurial fortitude which is the de facto parameter for all would be entrepreneurs. • Innovative thoughts and their proper implementation not only offer a good support but also indirectly help in the proper implementation of the expansion strategies.
• The important questions such as how, what, when, why about a startup need to be addressed precisely with proper justification.
• Once the business starts to earn profits, be prepared to plunge into it full time with full dedication and commitment.

All things said and done, it is the choice and decision of an individual to initiate this highly rewarding transition from an employee to an entrepreneur. It requires a lot of personal introspection, self probing and self confidence as every entrepreneur knows that the sacrifices involved in the preliminary stages are huge and the worst part is that no one is sure about the success of a business idea.

The motivation for an entrepreneur can be different, but the common thing is that it is worth a try which would surely have a mixed bag of results for every individual and definitely lead to a change in one’s life, thoughts and the way of analyzing problems. If one has the dare to dream big in life, this transformation is what will radically change one’s life.
